Condo Shopping Is Hard [ 11:02am on Tuesday, 1/5/10 ] originaldavid Seriously. It is. It's like every unit I go see, there's always something that stops me from getting it. Sometimes the layout sucks balls. Sometimes the location/building isn't that great. Sometimes they're older and need major renovation. Sometimes the maintenance fees are too high. Sometimes someone else has already bought it before I could get an offer in. Sometimes so many people want it that it turns into a bidding war. Fortunately for me, I'm not in that much of a rush. 2 comment
